Tracks 1 and 2 originally released as a CD album on Unlabel as part of their un52 series; catalogue number un52006/34.

Track 3 released (in slightly edited form) on Low Point as a split 8" lathe-cut single with Gareth Hardwick limited to 60 copies; catalogue number LP010 in 2006.

All 3 songs are from the same recording session and were originally put together as a CDR which was given away (see Original Demo Version Artwork which comes with the downloaded version). The recording was an experiment in overdubbing layers of sound "blind" - improvising while only hearing part of what has already been recorded.
